A PLACE OF MAGIC

The newly built wine cellar of the Moser Winery was equipped according to the latest technical standards. It enables flawless work with the best level of hygiene and cleanliness. This is extremely important for proper fermentation and allows the wine to develop exactly the way cellarmaster Gerhard Sanin wants it to. Greatest care with modern cellar technology and the right expertise are the best conditions for excellent wines. This is our place of magic.

 

OUR STEEL TANKS

A steel tank has a total capacity of 8000l, whereby it is divided into two smaller tanks with 5000l respectively 3000l. Steel tanks are used for the fermentation and the development of the wines Lagrein Rosé and Kalterer See Auslese Classico Superiore.




OUR WOODEN BARRELS

We use wooden barrels in different sizes. We receive the small barrique barrels (225l) from the French cooperage "Taransaud Beaune". They are mainly used for the Lagrein and the Lagrein Riserva.
